Abstract: 教師A、Bは、両教師がめざす教室はどのようなものか提示しあった上で、お互いに授業を見学し、その授業について意見交換を行った。その結果、両教師ともに多くの気づきが生まれ、自分の実践の現状を把握することができた。また、今後の実践の方向性も見出すことができた。
Teachers A and B presented their ideas of intended class to the other, showed their actual class to the other, and exchanged opinions on their classes. As a result, both teachers noticed many findings and grasped the present situations of their teaching. They were also able to reorient themselves for teaching practice.
